As a local Chicago-based studio, we offer quick and responsive production on our items, usually 3-5 weeks depending on the items. Turnaround times apply to items in our regular line or custom and vary depending on availability of fabric and our production schedule. 

We operate with a made-to-order model, so bespoke and customization is completely possible without an upcharge. We will assist you with design, production, and installation, if that is needed.

Modernplum is widely known for our colors and textures in linen fabric. We have access to a wide stock of linens in many colors, weights, and textures that is somewhat unique in the industry. We buy domestically, so fabric can be procured within 3 business days, on most orders. We also sell yardage with a modest minimum order of 15 yards.
