Return and Exchange Policy
Modernplum is a made-to-order product. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, you may return the item within 14-business days of receipt. Please mail the item along with your sales slip and we will issue a store credit or refund within 3-business days. For exchanges, please indicate your preference, and we will ship out the new item within in our standard 7-10 day window. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you of our estimated ship date via email.
If you are an architect or interior designer and are procuring products for your clients, Modernplum offers a Trade Program with discounts on merchandise. If you are interested, please contact our offices and we will send a "To the Trade" form which registers your company with us.
Requesting a Swatch
We will send you swatches at your request. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the studio and provide your name and address. You should receive your swatches within one week. If you need an entire collection swatch booklet or request a custom color outside our normal swatch range, then please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. A $35 fee for these services will be invoiced in your delivery.
Custom and Bespoke Orders
We realize that you may desire a custom color that is not in our regular fabric selections. We will work with you to provide swatches of fabrics that are suited to established color scheme and custom make any of our current products in your requested scheme. Custom orders typically require 15 business days to ship. Please inquire about pricing.
