April 2020: Our COVID-19 Policy

With the rapidly changing situation surrounding Covid-19, our first priority is keeping our customers informed about steps we are taking to ensure our safe product and timely delivery.

We are continuing to monitor the changing situation in the local, national, and international level in regards to our supply chain, sewers, and shipping capabilities. As of April 15th, we are still processing and shipping orders as normal. We have no intention to close, although there are contingency plans in place should things change, and we will inform you here on the website as via our email subscribers.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What safety precautions are being taken in your studio?

All frequently touched surfaces are regularly cleaned with viral disinfectant in accordance with CDC and World Health Organization guidelines. We recommend you take proper precautions with your package, as you would with introducing any shipment to your home.

Are there any shipping delays?

All orders are shipped from Illinois, and while there is an active shelter-in-place order for our state, the Modernplum studio is not affected by business closures. We will continue to monitor and update as shipping times and options may change.
